Close the gaps where roofs meet walls, stacks and valleys.
Most leaks on an otherwise sound roof come from the lead. Flashings lift away from walls, valleys split, parapet gutters crack along their joints, and old repairs with sealant fail within a season. Lead dressed and fixed properly outlasts the tiles around it.
We replace step flashings, soakers, valley linings and parapet and box gutters, and recent work includes new lead on a job in Surbiton. Our photos show new lead valleys, lead-lined gutters and flashings along parapet copings.
You get a free survey, a written quote with no hidden costs and a 15 to 20 year guarantee on the work.
