Stop the water first. Then fix it properly.
When water is coming through the ceiling, every hour counts. Plaster, insulation and electrics soak it up, and a small roof fault turns into a big indoor repair. Call us, tell us water is coming in, and we treat it as an emergency.
We attend urgently, put temporary weather protection on the roof to stop the water, then trace the cause and quote for a permanent repair. Storm-lifted slates, blown ridge tiles, split lead and failed flat roof seams are the usual culprits.
Once the roof is watertight you get a clear written quote for the permanent fix, with no hidden costs and our 15 to 20 year guarantee on the work.
