What the form collects

The form collects your name, phone number, postcode, optional email and details of the work. It also records the page used, referral information and campaign identifiers in the link you followed, plus a unique submission identifier.

How the enquiry is handled

Netlify Forms receives the submission. A server-side relay passes the enquiry to our lead management provider, Hammerdown Pro, using a private server credential. Your details are used for the roofing request and its administration.

Cookies and local storage

The irc_att cookie stores referral and campaign information for up to 90 days. The irc_xid cookie stores a pseudonymous browser identifier for up to 13 months. Submission proof is kept briefly in a cookie and local browser storage. No Google Analytics or Meta tags are loaded. A traffic-quality script from Hammerdown Pro records visit signals to protect our adverts from invalid clicks. The embedded map is provided by Google.

Analytics and advertising

This site loads the Google Ads tag to measure enquiries that come from our adverts. When you send a quote request, the thank-you page tells Google Ads a lead was received; your email and phone number are hashed in your browser before they are sent, so Google can match the enquiry to an advert click without receiving the plain details. On some pages Google may show a call-tracking number that forwards to us. The cookie bar lets you accept or reject advertising cookies; your choice is stored as irc_consent for up to 13 months.

Your information and choices

Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of the details held for your enquiry. Information is kept for responding to the request and administering agreed work. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
